1. Eldership

    July 19, 2024

How can I best serve right here, right now?

Chronos time is a great tool, but we can live in a more expanded way of being and experiencing time.

Turn around and support the younger generations.

Let go of the mind and be guided by the soul.

Within grief it is a reminder of what it means to be alive.

Letting go of the idea that I am doing the doing.

    This is very freeing.

Have the intention to deeply listen to one another.

    Invest in relationships.

    Chronos time vs Chyros time.

Eldership is simultaneously a maturation and a humbling process.

As we become elders we step even more into a spiritual focus.

    A shift into depth.

The felt sense experience of what it means to be centered.

Move through the world and life without anxious activity.

Allowing wisdom to flow through from an inspired place.

If you take the roll of an elder responsibly people will be hungry for your wisdom.

Offering wisdom in any way we can.

There is aging or there’s ripening.

    It’s our choice.

Ripening is an active choice in engaging with the life and the world and showing up in our full expression.

There is an elder wisdom within each one of us.

We can tap into this at any age.

We all have a lot to offer.

When going to a festival or an event, actively taking a roll to connect and share.

What is my soul calling me to do?

We can share the transmissions of our wisdom.

Sitting and being with one another.

Let go of what other people think. Be yourself.

Elders can have the best organisms of their life!

What are the mythologies and narratives we can unpack and shift when we are gleaning the wisdom from elders.

Creating a platform where people can go to gain wisdom from elders.

    “Nursing home” reform.

Creating a place where its more of a retreat and place that people can come and gain wisdom, heal,
    grow, come alive.

    6 Principles from Vinod

    1: Age is real

2: Don’t make assumptions based on age.
Nobody is always right or wrong.

    3:Listen and ask

    4: Be humble

5: Offer support to each other.

    6: Be regular.

Be in touch with people of different ages and generations regularly.

There are many different kinds of wisdoms and elders.

The cosmos dance and integration between doing and being.
