    Q:  What can I expect when I attend a WarriorSage training?

    You can expect to have deep learnings and lots of fun in an impeccably safe environment. You will be meeting our staff that are the best of the best at supporting you in reaching your goals for transformation! And for days, months, and years afterwards you will continue to see the benefits in your life as you practice what you have learned and new insights continue to unfold.

    Q:  Where are WarriorSage events held?

    WarriorSage events are held in Canada in Alberta and British Columbia and in the U.S.A. in California and Washington.Then we have events that take spiritual adventurers to locations all over the world!  

    Q:  What are the different trainings that you offer?

    If you look on our events calendar page (under the Event tab above) you will be able to see a full list of our trainings. Our two foundational trainings are The Illumination Intensive and The Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Intensive, and this is where the majority of people begin their journey with us. You can begin with either one of these trainings, they are meant to support each other fully and it does not matter which one is taken first.

    We also offer a Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop that is a four hour event held on either a weekday evening or a weekend afternoon, so that you can join us for a few hours and get a taste of who we are and what we offer!

    Q:  I want to get the people in my life involved in WarriorSage. What can I offer my friends, colleagues and family?

    You can invite your guests to our Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshops... if you are an Ambassador or Graduate of ours you can contact us for tickets so that your guests don't have to pay the $79 tuition!

    Q:  In the past you have given out some gift certificates to other events with WarriorSage. Can I have some of these gift certificates for other trainings to give to my friends?

    We do have different promotions happening at different times at different events, but we do not have any ongoing promotions. You'll have to take advantage of a promotion right away if it is offered to you at an event or by email! Otherwise you will be paying the full tuition cost for the training.

    Q:  I was at a WarriorSage event and thinking about registering for another one of your trainings. I didn't do it that day at the event but I'd like to now, can I still get the at-seminar special that was mentioned that day?

    Unfortunately the answer is no. We do give at-seminar specials to those people who are committed enough to register on that day, but those offers expire the moment the event is complete. Please do call our office and sign up for the training you are interested in, but you will be paying the full tuition instead of the at-seminar special. You can also call our office at 1-800-815-1545 to see is there are any current promotions and what offers are available for you.

    Q:  My gift certificate has expired.  Can I still use it?

    Unfortunately, no!

    Q:  How can I get Satyen Raja, President of WarriorSage, to speak at an event for my company/school/church?

    Q:  How can I check out the possibility of getting a WarriorSage event to happen in my area?

    Q:  I have an amazing book/product.  Can I sell it at your workshop?

    Get in touch with us by email and let us know why you are and what your product is about... we don't usually have other products at our workshops but it doesn't hurt to let us know about it!

    Q:  I need more tickets for the Sex, Passion, and Enlightenment Introductory Workshop.  Can you send me some?

    Yes, if you are an Ambassador or Graduate with WarriorSage just call our office at 1-800-815-1545, and you are entitled to as many as you like, we’ll put them in the mail for you right away! 

    Q:  I met someone at a WarriorSage event and lost their contact info.  Can you give me their info?

    WarriorSage does not ever provide any personal information for any of our participants, in honour and respect of their privacy!!

    Q:  I would like to work at WarriorSage.  What employment opportunities are available?

    There is no clear-cut method to working with WarriorSage, and we are not always in need of new people.  However, if you have a strong desire to work with us, you must attend our foundational courses.  It is also strongly recommended that you be on the Path of the WarriorSage and volunteer with us on a regular basis.

    Q:  I left something at the event.  How can I get it back?

    Please call the appropriate hotel, as they will have it in their lost and found.  You can find their phone number by searching for the hotel on the internet.


    Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop ^ top ^

    Q: I have a VIP ticket for a Sex Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop.  How do I activate my ticket?

    You can click above under "Events" and then"Sex, Passion & Enlightenment".

    Q: Do I have to be in a relationship to attend the Sex Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop?

    No, this workshop is for anyone, whether you are in a relationship or not. People of all ages and all backgrounds join us for this event, and usually about half the people are in relationship and about half aren't. Many people come to the event with a couple of friends because it is so much fun! You will learn helpful tips to begin attracting the partner of your dreams. If you are in a relationship you will gain a deeper understanding of how to have more openness and passion with your partner.

    Q: Do I need a ticket to attend your Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop?

    Yes, tickets are $79 at the door for two people. If you are a WarriorSage Ambassador or you have done WarriorSage events with us in the past, call our office and we'll get you some tickets!

    Q:  I have attended your Sex Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop before.  Can I come again?

    Yes, you can come as often as you like, and each time we find that there is a deeper level of learning, or a new idea comes up that takes all of your relationships deeper!

    Q: Can I bring friends?

    Of course!  We recommend it!  Your ticket is good for two people.  If you would like to bring more people, ask the person who gave you the ticket if they have any more tickets.  If not, please call our office at 1-800-815-1545. And our Ambassadors can always attend for free!

    Q: Who will be presenting at the upcoming Sex Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop?

    You can call the office and check the upcoming schedule, or register for the event and an email information package will be sent to you with information about the presenters!


    Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Intensive ^ top ^

    Q: Do I have to take the ecourse, the Introductory Workshop, or listen to the teleclasses before I go to the full Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Intensive?

    Absolutely not!  These things do provide amazing information for you, but the only qualification you need to attend is your willingness and open heart.

    Q: How do I get from the airport to the site?

    There is a shuttle service from the airport to the site; the details are in your email information package that is sent 6 weeks or more before each event.  To coordinate rides and to share shuttles you can go to our WarriorSage Rideshare group on Facebook.com.  Just log on to facebook.com, create an account if you haven’t already and search for “WarriorSage Rideshare”.  You can join the group and post your request on the blog wall.

    Q: Where is this training held?

    You can check our Events Calendar (under the "Events" tab above) for site information.

    Q:  How long is the training? When is registration?

    The Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Intensive is two and a half days from 7pm Friday evening to 7pm Sunday evening.  Registration is from 4:00 - 6.30pm on Friday and the course begins at 7pm sharp.

    Q: Do I have to be there the whole time?

    Yes, please make sure you clear your schedule for this full time as this is an intensive workshop and will require your full involvement.  If you must miss part of the event, you will need to reschedule the event for a later date.

    Q: When are the next dates coming up?

    Q: What should I wear on Saturday night?

    Saturday night is a rare and profound opportunity to fully transmit your divine masculine or feminine essence.  Men, whatever is BOLD, POWERFUL and your representation of your masculine is what you should wear.  Women, wear whatever makes you feel radiant, beautiful, and stunning as the goddess you are!  Think of something daring and sexy!  Have fun with it!

    Q: Who will be facilitating the training?

    We have 2 amazing couples who lead this training—Stephen & Sonora, and Gary & Deborah.

    Q: What airport do I need to fly into?

    Check your email information package that is sent out 6 weeks or more before each of our events, or go to our event calendar and check the site location. You can do your research online to find out the best way to get to the site from where you live.

    Q: Do I need a passport to come across the Canadian Border?

    Yes, you must have a valid passport to enter Canada, whether by land, sea or air.

    Q: What are the rooming arrangements?

    Men will be rooming with men and women with women.  This is to increase the polarity between the Feminine and Masculine. This means couples will not be rooming together for the duration of the workshop.  Please trust this process, and know on the last night when you come together, the sparks will fly!  There will be only two people per room, each with their own bed.


    Illumination Intensive^ top ^

    Q: For any of the following questions:

    You will find your answer when you open your email information package that is sent 6 weeks or more before each of our events. If you have not received your information email package for your Illumination Intensive and it is less than 6 weeks before your event please contact the WarriorSage office immediately.

    Q: Someone gave me a Gift Certificate for the Illumination Intensive.  Can you tell me about it?

    WarriorSage sometimes does promotions on our events. If you have received a gift certificate you will be eligible for one of these promotions, please call the WarriorSage office at 1 800 815 1545 and our amazing staff will be able to give you all the information and get you registered for the event.

    Q:  Can you give me all your dates and locations?

    For dates and locations for the Illumination Intensive, click on the "Events" tab above and then go to "Events Schedule".

    Q:  Can I transfer to a different date?

    No, once you have committed to a training date we will help you to keep that committment to yourself!

    Q:  Can I cancel and get a refund?

    Please refer to the back of your registration for all agreements.

    Q:  Can I do a payment plan?

    Absolutely!  We can create a payment plan that best suits your needs. Please note that any course you are attending must be paid in full 30 days before the event.

    Q:  Can I pay for the event just before attending?

    As many of our programs sell out in advance, we recommend beginning payments well before the event date to have your seat guaranteed.  All programs must be paid for in full 30 days prior to the start date of the training.

    Q:  I don’t want to confirm a date for the Illumination Intensive just yet.

    We encourage you to do so. In our experience here at WarriorSage we have found that when you choose a date and commit to it, you are going to make what ever arrangements you need to attend. The sooner you can attend the faster you can gain and implement the benefits of these programs into your life right away.

    Q:  Are you going to try to sell me something at the end of the event?

    Great question! Yes, we are a for-profit company and the way we continue as a company is by offering other trainings and programs. We have many programs at WarriorSage, and we will be delighted to tell you about them at the event.  You can sign up and take advantage of our other trainings if you feel called to do so, but of course there is no obligation to do so.

    Q:  Can I pay a single room supplement and stay by myself?

    Some of our locations allow a single room supplement for a fee. Each location is individual.  Please contact the office by email or call 1-800-815-1545 for specific information.


    Awakening of the WarriorSage^ top ^

    Q:  Where is the event held?  How do I get there?

    A:  There will be directions in an email information package which will be sent to you via email at least 6 weeks prior to the event.  Awakening of the WarriorSage will be held at Nakoda Lodge in Morley, AB.

    Q:  Is ridesharing available?

    A:  Yes, just go to facebook.com, create a user account if you don’t have one, and search for “WarriorSage rideshare.”  You can post a message on the blog wall and look for others searching for a ride.

    Q:  Which airport do I fly into?

    A:  You fly into Calgary International Airport.

    Q:  I have an injury or physical limitation.  Will I be able to participate in this training?

    A:  Absolutely! While some activities require physical exertion, you can complete each activity according to your ability level.  Please advise our staff of any physical limitations you may have before the event.  You may find your wins, insights, and learnings to be much deeper as a result of your physical limitation.

    Q:  What time does this training start?  When is registration?

    A:  The training starts promptly at 2 pm on Monday and runs until late Friday evening.  You can leave any time on Saturday morning.  Registration is from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

    Q:  How does rooming work?

    A:  The accommodations are rustic and suited to meet only your basic needs.  As knights and maidens, the rooming is part of the adventure.  You will be rooming with 3 other people of your same gender.  Some will have beds.  Others will have foam pads to sleep on.

    Q:  What do I wear on Friday night?

    A:  Think Camelot, think knights and maidens!  Think of anything that inspires the adventure or quest within you.  This is your time to fully express your alter ego and live a fantasy you had as a kid... court jester, prince, queen, wanderer, damsel in distress, King Arthur...

    Q:  What if I can’t be there for the whole event or I have to miss part of it?

    A:  Please make sure you clear your schedule for the full event.  If you must miss part of the event, you will need to reschedule the event for a later date.


    Living Ecstasy^ top ^

    Q:  How long is this training?  When is registration?

    The course runs from Friday 2pm to 7pm Sunday evening.  Registration is from 11 am – 1 pm on Friday.

    Q:  What do I wear on Saturday night?

    Saturday night is a rare and profound opportunity to transmit your divine masculine or feminine dark side.  Men, bring BOLD and POWERFUL clothing to represent your Warrior…Shaman…Gladiator! Wear your ultimate dark representation of the Masculine.  Women, think of radiant and sexy clothing.  If it’s edgy, daring, and you’d never wear it in public, then bring it!

    Q:  How do I get from the airport to the site?

    The details of how to arrive will be in your information package that we send by email 6 weeks or more before the event. You can check into a shuttle or taxi to the site, and there are also possibilities to share rides with other participants.  Just go to our WarriorSage Rideshare group on Facebook.com.  Just log on to facebook.com, create an account if you haven’t already and search for “WarriorSage Rideshare”.  You can join the group and post your request on the blog wall.

    Q:  Where is the course held?

    Living Ecstasy is located at the Pacific Inn in White Rock, BC.  You can visit pacificinn.com for more details.

    Q:  What if I can’t be there the whole time?

    Then it is best to reschedule for a later date.  Due to the nature of Living Ecstasy, you must be present for all activities as each part is critical to the whole.

    Q:  When are the next dates coming up?

    Q:  I'm registered for Money Mastery, now what do I have to do about meals and accommodation?

    If you are already registered with us for this event then your meals and accommodations are also taken care of! You can call us at 1-800-815-1545 to confirm this.

    Q:  What if I haven’t done my Money Mastery pre-training homework?

    This is all part of the process too! Please bring any of the assignments you have started and do the best you can.

    Q:  Can I share my room with my partner/friend?

    Yes, please contact us 30 days or more prior to the training start date so we may meet your request.  Please e-mail us at the office or call 1-800-815-1545.

    Q:  Can I bring my laptop and use it at the event?

    Yes, absolutely! Although you are on your own for battery/plug in questions...


    Living From Truth^ top ^

    Q: Can I bring guests to the Living From Truth weekend?

    Absolutely!  You can invite guests and have them come for free if it is their first WarriorSage event.

    Q:  How long is the trainings?

    All Living From Truth trainings begin on Friday at 7 pm sharp.  Activities will end Friday evening at 10 pm.  Saturday activities run from 10 am to 9 pm, and Sunday activities run from 10 am to 6 pm.

    Q:  Who facilitates Living From Truth?

    The 6’4” blonde goddess, Anjali, facilitates all Living From Truth trainings.  She is one of Satyen’s teachers and mentors.

    Q:  Where is Living From Truth held?

    We will send out an email information package 6 weeks or more before the event that will give you the location and how to get there.

    Q:  What do I need to bring?  What should I expect?

    Your email information package will tell you what to bring and what to expect for the event.

    Q:  I understand that I don't have to stay at the site for this event, but I want to book a room there. How do I do that?

    Your email information package will give you the name of the hotel and the contact info you will need to make a reservation.

    Q:  How much is an individual course?

     Living from Truth is a two year curriculum and the tuition for one year is $5997. For an individual weekend, the tuition is $1597.

    Q: I have attended Living from Truth before.  Can I come again?

    Absolutely!  We encourage you to sign up for the 1-year training or sign up for the Path of the WarriorSage, which includes many of our other foundational trainings along with 1 year of Living From Truth.

    Q: I have already taken a topic.  Can I take it again?

    Absolutely. Like all of our trainings, each weekend is different even if you are attending the same topic. The training is unique to each group depending on the dynamics of the participants and what the facilitator feels will result in the deepest and most powerful learning. You are also a different person at a different place in your life than when you last took Living From Truth.  You have infinite depth and capacity within you.  Therefore, your learnings can and should always go deeper.

    Q: What if I can’t attend for the entire weekend?

    Due to the nature of Living From Truth, you must be present and on time for every part of the event.  You would lack critical components of the event if you missed any one part.  If you must miss part of the event, then we can reschedule you for an event at a later time. 


    Spiritual Adventure Journeys^ top ^

    Q: When does my paymen have to be complete?

    On the 1st of the month, three months prior to the tour.  No refunds or credit are available due to the extensive planning necessary for the event.

    Q: How much needs to be paid 6 months prior?

    Half of your Spiritual Adventure Journey must be paid for 6 months prior to the course.

    Q: How much is the deposit to hold my space?

    A $500 non-refundable deposit will hold your space as these Spiritual Adventure Journey’s are very popular and fill up fast!

    Q: Do I need to take a course with Satyen before I go on a Spiritual Adventure Journey?

    Yes it is important that you take at least the Illumination Intensive or Sex, Passion & Enlightenment before your Spiritual Adventure Journey.  We find that this really helps before the tour in making sure Satyen's style works for you before committing to 2 weeks with the group.

    Q: When do I book my flights in and out and to what city?

    Your email information package will have all of these details 5-6 months before the Journey.

    Q: What are the highlights for this tour?

    Q: How many bags am I allowed to bring, how heavy?

    Q: How can I connect with other people on my Journey before we leave?

    Q: How many people will be on the trip?

    Our Journeys usually have between 30-50 people including our amazing staff.  This small group allows for a very valuable and intimate experience.

    Q: What type of accommodations will we be staying in?

    WarriorSage goes all out in providing high end accommodations to travel in style and comfort.


    Senior Monitor Training^ top ^

    Q: When is your next training?

    Senior Monitor Trainings run every two years. Check under the "Events" tab above for "Events Schedule"

    Q:  Do I need to have a direct experience in order to staff an Illumination Intensive?

    No, all that you need to do is participate at least once in an Illumination Intensive in order to staff one.  No other requirements are needed.

    Q:  What does it take to become a Senior Monitor? How much training? Cost?

    We currently have three levels of training to become a Senior Monitor.  There are 3 sessions each lasting 3 days.  The trainings are spread over 18 months.  Each level of training requires that you participate in and staff a certain amount of Illumination Intensives. You can contact the WarriorSage office by phone or email for current tuition costs.


    Goddess Unveiled / Men’s League ^ top ^

    Q: What is Goddess Unveiled and The League of WarriorSage Men?

    These trainings are a two year curriculum with monthly lessons helping men and women live deeper from their masculine and feminine essences.  Men meet with men, and women meet with women. The intention is to create tight-knit communities who support each other and help each other to grow. Call the WarriorSage office at 1-800-815-1545 and speak with Deborah for more information.

    Q: When and where are the meetings held?

    The meeting times and locations are decided on a group by group basis, depending on the group members.  Groups are currently participating in British Columbia, Alberta, Washington and California.  Deborah will help to find a group near you.

    Q: What happens if I miss a meeting?

    Life is busy for all of us! If for some reason you have to miss a meeting, remember to be in communication with your Group Communicator and fellow group members.

    Q: Am I allowed to bring friends to the group meetings to introduce them to the work?

    We honour and appreciate your desire to share this work with your friends.   However, bringing visitors to the group meetings is not allowed.  To participate in these groups, your friends must first attend our 3-day Sex, Passion, and Enlightenment Intensive.  We invite you instead to take advantage of the opportunity to bring your friends to the Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshops and other special events.  For more information about introductory events, please contact the WarriorSage office at 1-800-815-1545.

    Q: What if I have questions about the lessons?

    We have support available to make sure that you and your group get the most possible benefit from the amazing lessons. Contact Deborah in the WarriorSage office with any questions regarding your group and the lessons.

    Q: What if I’m hesitant about new participants joining our group?

    We know trust takes time to build, especially when new participants come in.  We also know each person changes the dynamic of the group and brings his/her own unique offering.  Please receive each new person with love, remembering you were also new to the group at one time.  These groups are about giving support and encouragement to each other, especially when you prefer not to.  If you are still uncomfortable and need to talk with someone, please call the WarriorSage office at 1-800-815-1545.

    Path of the WarriorSage^ top ^

    Q: What order do the Path courses have to be taken in? 

    With a few exceptions there is no specific order that the courses have to be taken in.  We recommend that you take the Illumination Intensive and Sex, Passion and Enlightenment as a foundation for the rest of our courses.  The Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Intensive must be completed before taking Living Ecstasy, and you must complete at least one course before participating in a spiritual adventure tour.

    Q: What about transferring courses?

    ·  Once you have confirmed your schedule with us you will get one free training transfer on your Path of the WarriorSage.  
    ·  For every training transfer after the first transfer you will be charged $100.   
    ·  You can transfer each individual training up to 2 times on your Path of the WarriorSage.  There will be no training transfers after that. 
    ·  Any transfers less than 30 days before a training necessitate the repayment of meals and accommodations for the specified course as meals and accommodations are paid to the hotel on your behalf one month prior to each event. 

    Q: What about refunds or credits?

    Due to a tremendous amount of planning months before each event, a full refund or credit for the Path of the WarriorSage only applies within the first seven days of registration.  No refunds or credit is available after that.

    Q: Can I cancel my Path of the WarriorSage?

    The Path of the WarriorSage can not be cancelled.  Many options will be available to you to help you in your current situation, as we are fully aware of life circumstances.  Arrangements can be made at a later time to complete the program or to relax it indefinitely if necessary.  If for some reason you are unable to fulfill your commitment in the present moment, please call our office at 1-800-815-1545.  The only option not available to a Warrior is quitting.

    Q:  How soon do I need to complete these courses by? 

    The Path of the WarriorSage Level I should be completed within 18 months. Level II should be completed in 2 years, and Level III within 3 years at maximum. Satyen reccommends that if you are able to jump in fully, completing the entire Path of the WarriorSage within one year will provide the greatest transformation in your being and in your life!

    Q: How much have I paid towards my Path of the WarriorSage? 

    Based on your payment amount and schedule you will always be able to calculate how much you have paid in.  If you are uncertain that your records are correct, please contact us by phone or email with your request.  We will be able to respond to your request and retrieve your payment information for you within one working week. 

    Q: What trainings do I have left? / What is my schedule of events?

    Your training schedule will be arranged with your input and needs when you first sign up for the Path of the WarriorSage.  Once the dates have been booked a final copy of your schedule will be emailed to you by a Path of the WarriorSage Coordinator.  Please keep this information in your records so that you can refer to it as needed.  If you are unclear about a scheduled date please contact us by phone or email and we will be able to resend your schedule to you within one working week. 

    Q: Can I exchange this course for another one (substitute a course)? 

    The Path of the WarriorSage is designed to strengthen you in 3 fundamental areas of your life—money, sex and power.  Our trainings build on one another for your growth and benefit.  In most cases, exceptions will not be made.  If you still feel moved to substitute a trainings, please call our office, and we will respond within one working week.

    Q: I didn’t get my information package for this event.

    All course packages should be sent out to you by email 6 weeks or more in advance of the training.  Be sure to check your spam or bulk mail if you haven’t received it.  You may also need to turn off your filter and permit WarriorSage emails to come through.  If you still haven’t received it by that time, please notify us by email.

    Q: Where can I find a schedule of events? 

    A complete schedule of events can be found by clicking above on "Events" and then "Events Calendar".

    Q: Why do you recommend that someone join the Path of the WarriorSage as opposed to taking an individual course? 

    The momentum of your life is the biggest obstacle to creating the lasting changes you want to make.  One course is not sufficient to overcome that momentum. Habits are changed over time, not in a few days.  The Path of the WarriorSage is not only a series of courses, but also an entry into an ongoing program of trainings and support.  You will be part of the WarriorSage community and receive ongoing reinforcement and practice that will ensure that you do not succumb to the life "habits" that you are trying to change.. 

    Q: I can’t afford the Path of the WarriorSage at this moment in my life, but I know that it is that right thing for me to do.  Do you have any suggestions? 

    Please call our office at 1-800-815-1545 to talk with our amazing staff.  We have many options and payment plans available for you.  We can work with you until until we find a way to start you on this incredible journey! 

    Q: I need to change my credit card number, how do I do this? 

    Please call our office 3 business days prior to your next payment processing date so we can update this information for you.  Your payment processing date is usually either the 1st or the 15th of the month.  For security reasons please do not send credit card information by email. 

    Q: I need to book an extra night at the hotel after/before a WarriorSage event.  How do I do this?

    Please contact the hotel directly to book for an extra night.  Contact information for the hotel should be in the info package we send to you by email. 

    Q: Something unforeseen has happened in my life and I`m worried about finances right now.  What should I do about my Path of the WarriorSage payments? 

    Please call the WarriorSage office and talk with one of our amazing staff. We'll support you in figuring out what needs to happen.  

    Q: Can I apply WarriorSage dollars that were given to me from volunteering to my Path of the WarriorSage payments?

    Absolutely!  Please contact a Path of the WarriorSage coordinator and advise them of the amount that you wish to have applied to your Path of the WarriorSage.  Your WarriorSage dollars will be applied to your outstanding balance.

    Q:  How do I volunteer at an event?

    You must first participate in an event before you staff it, except for our Sex, Passion & Enlightenment Introductory Workshop. If you are interested in staffing an event, please contact Terri at volunteer@warriorsage.com.

    Q: Are meals and accommodations covered?

    For your first 2 events volunteering, you must cover your own meals and accommodations, which varies from event to event.  If you are approved for continuing to volunteer with us, for your next 2 events after that, you will cover half of your meals and accommodations.  And again, if you are showing that you are serving our participants well, for any event thereafter, WarriorSage will cover your meals and accommodations.  The Introductory workshop and Living from Truth do not have meals & accommodations costs associated with them.

    Q: What do I earn for being a Volunteer?

    We offer WarriorSage dollars to you each time you volunteer at an event.  These WarriorSage dollars may be used towards trainings, Path payments, books or products on a dollar for dollar basis.  For the following events you will receive the corresponding WarriorSage dollars.  For any other events, please contact our office at 1-800-815-1545.

    Sex, Passion, and Enlightenment Introductory Workshop: $50
    Sex, Passion & Enlightenment: $100
    Illumination Intensive: $200

    Q: How do I redeem my WarriorSage dollars?

    Please email Terri at volunteer@warriorsage.com or call our office at 1800 815-1545 to indicate how you would like to use your WarriorSage dollars.  You can apply your WarriorSage dollars to all regular WarriorSage events, books, and products.

    Q: When do I need to arrive at the event?

    You will arrive well before any event starts.  For particulars on timing for each event, be sure to read the staff package you will receive by email.

    Q: What if I can’t be there for the entire event?

    If you commit to volunteering for an event, you must be there for the duration of the event.  If that’s not possible, then you must wait and volunteer for another event date.  Volunteering is full-time, and you will be needed for every part of the event, both before and after as well. 

    Q: Can I cancel my volunteering commitment before the event?

    If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend an event, please give us at least 30 days notice as we will need to find a replacement for your position on the volunteer team.

    Q: What do I need to bring with me?

    Details of what to bring will be sent to you in an info package by email.  If you have not received it, please contact Terri at volunteer@warriorsage.com.

    Q: How do I get to the event?

    The details will be in your information package that we send by email.  Contact info for shuttles will be included in that package as well.  There are also possibilities to share rides with other participants.  Just go to our WarriorSage Rideshare group on Facebook.com.  Log on to facebook.com, create an account if you haven’t already and search for “WarriorSage Rideshare”.  You can join the group and post your request on the blog wall.

    Q: Do I need any training to volunteer?

    You will be trained on site at WarriorSage events.  Aside from that, WarriorSage offers Senior Monitor Training specifically for the Illumination Intensive.  It is highly recommended for those who intend to volunteer at that course.  Please contact Terri at volunteer@warriorsage.com if you want to know more.

    Q: What do I need to know to be a great Volunteer?

    Remember that at all times the participants are watching YOU!  They want to know if this training really works, so they will be watching you to see how it shows up in your life, your actions, your words, and your heart.  We expect our Volunteers to be impeccable in their service and to hold to the highest standards of conduct as we expect it from ourselves as well.

    Q: What’s my ambassador code?

    Your Ambassador Code is in the initial Confirmation Email you received when you were signed up as an Ambassador. If you have lost this email call the office at 1-800-815-1545 and the Ambassador Coordinator can look this up for you.

    Q: What is your referral structure for your courses?

    Our Ambassadors are rewarded $20 for every new guest that attends a WarriorSage Introductory Workshop, whether they sign up for future trainings with us or not. We have cheques in the mail for you within a week after the event.

    Q: Do you give referral rewards for other trainings?

    No, we give referral rewards for Introductory Workshops only at this time.

    Q: Do you have a way of tracking my referrals when I use my online ambassador link to WarriorSage?

    Yes, and we pay out these online ambassador rewards quarterly.

    Q: How do I find out if my friends have registered or attended an event?

    It is best for you to personally contact your friends to check if they have registered or attended an event.  What a great opportunity to inspire them! We cannot give out personal information on our participants.

    Q: How do I get tickets to people if I can’t do it in person?

    You can print out tickets from our Ambassador tools site. Just click on "Members" and then "Ambassador Program" above.

    Q: The date has expired for my tickets.  Can I still use them?

    If your guest has activated their ticket before it expired then they can still use it to attend the event.  If you need new tickets, please call our office.


    Shipping/Handling on Purchases ^ top ^

    Q:   I bought some products online and I didn't get a confirmation number?

    Your Confirmation number is the Order ID number given in the same paragraph with your credit card information.  However, you should receive a confirmation email from the shipper no later than the Wednesday after your order was placed.  The email acknowledges your order with an ETA for your purchase.  If no confirmation email has been received please email us or call our office at 1-800-815-1545.

    Q:  I purchased an Audio recording of the event I went to.  Weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received anything.

    It takes about 2-4 weeks for an Audio Teaching to be edited and formatted before the finished product is ready to ship. Our Visual Teaching DVD’s take 6-8 weeks to complete.  If this timeline has been exceeded, please email us or call our office at 1-800-815-1545.
