Dearest Friend,
I wrote on Facebook the other day…
“Hey! What’s it going to take for you to read my emails
from WarriorSage.com? I’m pissed off that so few are opening
my emails as I’ve just launched the best and biggest way for
folks to grow and expand forever their wealth, sex, relationships
and fulfillment (beyond the workshop “high”) Help!”
I was quite moved and awed by the 150 or more (and continues to
grow) comments that keep coming in from the thread that was
started. You can read it here to catch up if you`d like, it’s
very real,uncensored and bites (me biting and getting bit 
at times…..

From this exchange it became very clear for me that I’ve been
relying on too much marketing advice from the experts (God bless
their soul for helping with their craft) yet something essential
was missing.
I couldn’t put my finger on it yet now after my FB exchange, I
have a dawning clarity I wish to share please and a confession…
For over a decade my organization WarriorSage has been very
cutting edge and edgy to boot.
My popularity, reputation and fan base was birthed by literally
jumping on folks out of nowhere, attacking them, insulting them
horribly and then choking them to the brink of passing out and
that was just the beginning (Yes I`m a lot crazy — with a plan
though.)
This ”Predicament” piece, using martial arts self preservation
practices to invoke a strength of being that never collapses
even under the worst duress has served and continues to serve
many thousands around the world.
It`s surprises me that every now and then, I still hear from
folks who says it has saved their lives as well as their
family`s – this is a great reward for me.
My out there brashness and willingness to take anyone to their
core “Source” has been my gift and somewhere along the line I
let that shout of being become softened and diluted by taking
on the latest marketing models in the attempt to serve so many
more to the real “Source” that lives within.
The Facebook thread and all the loving fans, supporters (and
detractors ),have somehow shaken me from a sort of slumber
and now I`m dropping all the good advice and will simple shoot
from my hip/heart/soul/being/craziness or whatever moves my
mission to serve Love and Freedom into Being for many, many
more than ever before.
If you have been bored, numbed, annoyed or have not found value
in my emails, I humbly apologize.
Now I will simply be Raw, authentic and unkempt with my email
communications (as well as everything else) and aim to win your
trust, respect and jaw dropping interest back.
If I already have your trust and respect, I may try to shake
that loose too! ha
One of the threads from Cindy (one of my students and supporters)
said “more Heart, less hype” -OK! dammit- I surrender and will
deliver – you have my word.
Another confession is that I`ve been listening also too much
to what people ARE saying and asking for(based on marketing
wisdom) and as a leader, listening too much is also out of
my integrity.
My gift is that I can see where good folks hold back and are
shrinking from their life`s purpose and apathetic, too broken
down, too mired in superficial shit or too tired and distracted
to even think of living more Alive than they are…
My gift is to see other`s gifts and to teach them how to
unearth, hone and bring their gifts to their community. I do
that through various ways, mostly unconventional and darn right
out there at times.
So here I am, take it or leave it, upset at me or not I`m going
to poke, prod, stir, shake up or sooth, embrace, accept where I
see/feel fit(unwarranted, deluded, righteous, misguided or Divinely
Inspired). It`s what I have to give.
OK let’s start this out with a bang!
I invite you to send me any questions/challenges/shit you have
about your life and I`m going to tell you what I think for you
to Get A Life!
I`ll post your questions or whatever you send and my reply
(written or video) on my blog for all to see-thats your risk to
expose your stuff (you can keep it anonymous if you want or
more real by sharing your name outright -whatever works).

and something funny. I’m realizing now after releasing the new
name, that some don’t find it funny and amusing. Great, for me
it shows that there is way too much seriousness in our personal
growth worlds. Hey GET A LIFE! Come on smile, cut loose a little

At the end of the day we all pass away- so what are you waiting

Saturday, October 10th, 2009Paranormal Powers, Truth and taking Non Dual-Responsibility (huh?)
I’ve been thinking about something close to my profession or at least lingers around it lots. And that’s paranormal powers, personality typing including reading people, astrology and other ways to find an overall classification for trying to understand us all (including self).
Some folks claim I have “reading” abilities and I guess it looks that way when you are untrained, under practiced in self observation and self confession and darn right wanting solutions and answers to your questions and feel insecure in dealing with finding the answers yourself.
This may seem as an attack on such things, yet I feel Truth is un-attackable so what’s the big worry anyways.
I’ve looked into many ways of understanding our personalities including eneagram, astrology, palm reading, face reading, meridian analysis, card readings of all kinds, personality typing, chinese astrology, western and Indian Vedic astrology and the list goes on….
I’ll cut to the chase…..it’s all hogwash.
We are all the same in so many ways.
We are fearful of this sameness and something inside wants to be “unique” and unclassifiable and that impulse to “show or display” our uniqueness actually undermines our true uniqueness and warps our personalities to find a fit with it’s surrounding personalities (or the opposite in the sense of rebellion).
We do this warping to fit in as we are mammals and do better fitting in(somewhere at least, even if it’s with fellow rebels) rather than going solo.
So in short our personalities are basically the same on so many levels and we do know it regardless of owning that knowing.
Thus my assertion is that any of these typing methods from “occult” to “scientific” are matchable to anyone from anywhere and regardless of what “sign” we read about or are told about at parties (“Libra….well let me tell you about Libra….”).
Regardless of what ‘Sign” your birthday corresponds to, you have the qualities of each and every astrological sign in you, thus the uncanny at times feeling of “this reading is so accurate.”
We have the human range of experience within us each thus regardless of the sign, you have those signs, tendencies, blind spots and gifts.
I believe auspicious days are the ones where we do some good work, give our gifts and are earned by self effort and surrender.
Listen to me please, I would love to have accurate sign posts to help guide my journey though life and deal better with life’s curves, yet I also want to live in what is True and real, even if it costs me my hopeful superstitions, externalizations of responsibility and “fill in the blanks (with my desires please)” by invisible forces.
Ok now if you like entertainment that’s great and a sense of the mystical hand behind things but after almost 30 years on the spiritual circuit, I’ve come to the current conclusion that we are it- yes we- and it’s my own responsibility to carve life out how I can, the best I can and learn along the way.
For me True Spiritual experiences are ones that reveal Truth and many times that truth erodes something that you thought was real and now is falling away, sometimes crashing away.
Truth doesn’t give and mostly takes away.
It’s what left when we let it take away all notions we have about anything-including my own current notions above I might add
Can we live without portents and visions from simple to extraordinary(brought on by visionary plants.
I had a “seer” friend who had a vision of me that he really want to share with me out of his love and that vision saw me in challenging times. His intent was good yet what was funny was his whole (extensive) vision was all based on some info he had about me which was inaccurate and not real. He had created a whole vision based on unreal facts and jumbled communications. The vision all of a sudden was unreal as it was false- based on false assumptions, presumption, inaccurate knowledge and emotional care for me- so even love itself can be dangerous when we think our powers of seeing are real (or anybody else’s occult powers).
Let’s get real and live from the current common sense, experience and courage we already have. My experience is we’ll get much further ahead on the spiritual path by dropping hopeful pointers for honest revelation and resolute actions.
If in the NonDual traditions which assert there is no self, no doer, no time space and we are but apparitions appearing as individual consciousness, and if you (or myself) aren’t experiencing this yourself now then I’ll keep going ahead and take responsibility for this appearing self-now.

Blood Diamonds
Wednesday, July 15th, 2009Just saw “Blood Diamond” the movie about diamond trade in Africa that causes much human suffering. I ask, can we find a wealth and shine far deeper than “rocks”. Are we humans disgusting as a whole to let the untold suffering pass us by as we drown in our little consumer worlds? Lets please translate our Spirituality into how and what we purchase. Consciousness on every level for the sake of all Beings

Suffering Sweet Bliss-Fade to Openness…
Saturday, May 23rd, 2009Suffering Sweet Bliss. . .
In the work I give, many experience great heart and spirit opening. There is a beauty and power of bringing people together in a Divine container and submerging ourselves into practices that relax our heart closures and free our being to shine wide open. These sacred containers allow us to feel safe enough to feel unsafe. Our conscious group contact fosters our fullest blooming.
And then it is time to go home. Time to re-enter ordinary life. Time to commune with mundane, cracked chaotic, less-than-juicy life.
The trepidation of entering a world unlike the expanded one you were just birthed in. a place where closure and tightness are “King.” Where open hearts and bright eyes are met with cynicism and silent ridicule.
There can be an accompanying pain and fear of loss of one’s hard earned openness; a fear and sadness, knowing that the onslaught of a tighter world will eventually press against the tenderness of your delicate radiance. A bewilderment and subtle confusion of not knowing how to cope with the knowing that the wide open iris of your openness will eventually be overwhelmed by the momentum and weight of what you will have to go back to.
One can neurotically claim that they will persevere in their heart-openness – shallowly claim the heroic capacity of one spirit against the machine. Or one can wallow in the weight of their non-admitted giving up.
There is a facing to be had, a suffering to be rendered with. Your open iris will contract. . . your shine will pale. . . your brightness will shadow.
Now what?
Suffer.
Be raw and available to your own loss of openness. Feel fully without mind tricks, the bitter loss that starts to manifest. Feel the pain of not being as open as you were. Feel fully the suffering of not communing as fully and wildly at heart as you did in the sacred space that you emerged from. Feel the wound of knowing it could be grander, fuller, wider, brighter. . .
Without reeling or creating an artificial safety, a quick New Age fix, a feeble temporary defense — be right there with the moment-to-moment feeling of closure. Let its mourning be vivid, face it whole bodily – know what you know and its seeming loss – all the way in now.
There is a solemnity that descends when you face what you know is Truth in being contracted. There is a tangible true Suffering of Being. This is a Blessed Suffering. A Sweet Suffering if you chew it through its bitterness. A sobering equanimity that rests in going nowhere. A benevolence of OK-ness if you let it be.
It hurts to hurt. It hurts to feel others hurting. It hurts to feel others not knowing how not to hurt.
A true empathy emerges – one which has no direction – not from you to them, not for you for yourself. Just a holy empathy with no direction but is-ness.
Look and feel this Suffering Sweet Bliss. Know what could be but isn’t – don’t push openness – rest through your spiritual ambition. Rest through your silent proselytization. Let, let, let Suffering Sweet Bliss do its thing. You’ll be more tender, you’ll be you, you’ll be resting as Suffering Sweet Bliss.
The rest is a Sweet Mystery.

Explosions of gentle Gratitude coming forth from opening to Grace and Truth
Saturday, April 25th, 2009I just finished day 3 of teaching Money Mastery and I’m totally blown away.
Because I’m actually speechless, I’m in a way forcing myself to write this as Gratitude wants me to….
I shared about the paradox of desire fulfillment and our inherent feeling that going after material objects ends up in emptiness anyways yet even armed with that knowing the urge, pull, motion and yearning to have such objects remains.
Juxtaposition that awareness with the simultaneous and equally enticing feeling that we actually can have our desires met in accordance and congruence with our depth of being.
Many ancient eastern and western teachings point out the emptiness of desire achievement… eventually anyways… sigh… 
so why be attached in the first place to their fruition.
Many modern new thought teachings point to the removing of struggle so that natural abundance gravitates towards you based on clarification of your desires and forging of intent and a go for it attitude.
Let go of and detach from Desire…………………
Surrender Desire and it will come in it’s own perfect timing………………………..
Go out and MAKE IT HAPPEN……………..
Which one of the above is most True and reliable?
I think I have the answer and I shared about it as well as gave practices to find the “Sweet Spot” where all these so called different realities collapse as separate models and emerge anew as an integrated, embodied expression of the exacting intersection that gives birth to a Wisdom that includes and transends them all individually.

Many Years ago when I was 12 years old, one of my Teachers asked me to memorize this creed – I didn’t really want to as it was long yet I’m so glad now that it’s part of how I live.
All WarriorSage Apprentices are required to know this as well – let it in and enjoy the gifts it brings to yourself and others…. Blessings and Love….
I would rather see an example than to hear one any day
I would rather one could walk with me, than merely tell the way
For the eye is a better pupil, more willing than the ear
Fine counsel is confusing, yet example is always clear
I can watch your hands in action, yet your tongue too fast may run
I can soon learn how to do it, if I only see it done
For best of all, the teachers are, the ones who live their creed, for seeing good in action is what everybody needs
I may misunderstand you and the high advice you give, yet there’s no misunderstanding how you act and how you live
